These are proposed pathways for due diligence and negotiation, not a public price list or a binding offer.
Defined assets, rights, use cases, territory, term, operating obligations and renewal arrangements, as negotiated.
Potential transfer of specified domain assets, subject to ownership verification, registry requirements and definitive documentation.
Possible development, commercialization or governance structures with an infrastructure operator or strategic investor.
A practical process that respects counterparty confidentiality and avoids premature disclosure of sensitive commercial or architectural details.
Identify your organization, representative, proposed transaction type and intended role of the namespace.
Agree which registered digital assets or architectural materials are under review. No other holdings are implied.
Mutual NDA where appropriate, followed by ownership, domain, regulatory and architecture review.
Counterparty supplies proposed scope, commercial structure, timeline and material conditions.
Any enforceable rights arise only from executed agreements and satisfaction of agreed conditions.
Read the introductory transaction framework identifying the potential paths, proposed asset schedules, due diligence scope, and the process for an initial discussion. Pricing and exclusivity are deliberately not predetermined.
The architecture presented on U1.ca is conceptual and not represented as a deployed DNS, resolver, anycast or telecommunications service. Domain holdings and any eventual service deployment must be assessed separately. No affiliation with or endorsement from CIRA is claimed.

Open discovery framework (PDF) ↗A second, more substantive document for counterparties ready to articulate a proposal. It contains two alternative transaction pathways and an asset scope worksheet.
Propose a transaction for identified domain-registration rights and specifically scheduled related materials.
Propose a long-term licensing arrangement, retaining ownership with the licensor unless separately negotiated.
Both paths are included in one document, together with a Schedule A worksheet. A prospective operator can mark up the Word version and submit an indicative proposal. No asset bundle, price or exclusivity is predetermined.
Discussion draft only. This document does not grant a licence or create an offer, exclusivity, confidentiality obligation or commitment to sell. A separate NDA, verification of registry eligibility and definitive signed documents are required as applicable. Operating infrastructure is not implied by the namespace identities.
U1.ca invites qualified inquiries from carriers, DNS service operators, infrastructure platforms, and institutional strategic counterparties. Submit an introduction and initial scope; sensitive materials can follow under NDA.
