Namespace Architecture Strategic Discovery.

A formal entry point for organizations evaluating the Sovereign Seven, Assurance Enclave, Namespace0 and related domain identities. Discuss strategic licensing, acquisition or a structured partnership with the owner.

PROPOSED ARCHITECTURE / TWO CONTROL PLANESSovereign Seven

Public authoritative service namespace identities

Assurance Enclave

Protected service-class namespace identities

Namespace0

Seven-layer infrastructure primitive taxonomy

Indicative discussion framework

Define the opportunity before negotiating the transaction.

These are proposed pathways for due diligence and negotiation, not a public price list or a binding offer.

01

Exclusive licensing

Defined assets, rights, use cases, territory, term, operating obligations and renewal arrangements, as negotiated.

02

Asset or portfolio acquisition

Potential transfer of specified domain assets, subject to ownership verification, registry requirements and definitive documentation.

03

Strategic partnership

Possible development, commercialization or governance structures with an infrastructure operator or strategic investor.

Discovery sequence

From introduction to due diligence.

A practical process that respects counterparty confidentiality and avoids premature disclosure of sensitive commercial or architectural details.

  1. Initial enquiry

Identify your organization, representative, proposed transaction type and intended role of the namespace.

  2. Scope alignment

Agree which registered digital assets or architectural materials are under review. No other holdings are implied.

  3. Confidentiality & due diligence

Mutual NDA where appropriate, followed by ownership, domain, regulatory and architecture review.

  4. Indicative proposal

Counterparty supplies proposed scope, commercial structure, timeline and material conditions.

  5. Definitive agreement

Any enforceable rights arise only from executed agreements and satisfaction of agreed conditions.

Non-binding discussion document

Discovery Framework

Read the introductory transaction framework identifying the potential paths, proposed asset schedules, due diligence scope, and the process for an initial discussion. Pricing and exclusivity are deliberately not predetermined.

The architecture presented on U1.ca is conceptual and not represented as a deployed DNS, resolver, anycast or telecommunications service. Domain holdings and any eventual service deployment must be assessed separately. No affiliation with or endorsement from CIRA is claimed.

For qualified strategic counterparties

Non-Binding Indicative Term Sheet.

A second, more substantive document for counterparties ready to articulate a proposal. It contains two alternative transaction pathways and an asset scope worksheet.

PATH A / ASSET ACQUISITION

Acquire selected namespace assets.

Propose a transaction for identified domain-registration rights and specifically scheduled related materials.

  • Purchase consideration and escrow mechanics
  • Registrar, registry and eligibility conditions
  • Asset verification and technical transition
  • Due diligence, closing conditions and timetable
PATH B / EXCLUSIVE LICENCE

License defined namespace rights.

Propose a long-term licensing arrangement, retaining ownership with the licensor unless separately negotiated.

  • Exclusivity, territory and permitted use
  • Term, fees and renewal options
  • DNS/delegation governance where applicable
  • Assignment, termination and continuity
Non-binding indicative term sheet / V1.3

Ready for a counterparty to complete.

Both paths are included in one document, together with a Schedule A worksheet. A prospective operator can mark up the Word version and submit an indicative proposal. No asset bundle, price or exclusivity is predetermined.

Discussion draft only. This document does not grant a licence or create an offer, exclusivity, confidentiality obligation or commitment to sell. A separate NDA, verification of registry eligibility and definitive signed documents are required as applicable. Operating infrastructure is not implied by the namespace identities.
